Privacy principles
ArtsenPanel.nl only processes data needed to verify panel members, send relevant invitations, organise participation and pay compensation. The final privacy notice will be legally reviewed before implementation and will identify the responsible organisation, legal bases, retention periods and individuals’ rights.
No patient data
Panel members are explicitly asked never to share identifiable patient information. Research questions concern professional knowledge, experience and views.
Confidentiality and reporting
We explain in advance who conducts the research, how answers will be used and how results will be reported. Personal data is not used for another purpose without a valid basis.
Your rights
You can request access, correction, restriction or deletion of your personal data where the law allows. You can also end your panel membership.
