Work from home, wherever you live. Each project comes with a clear briefing and training. You start with guidance and stay in touch with colleagues through a group chat.

Have in-depth conversations with doctors and give their experience a voice.

  • Conduct telephone or video interviews using a research discussion guide.
  • Ask clear, neutral questions, listen closely and follow up when needed.
  • Record responses carefully according to the project instructions and respect confidentiality.

Reach the right doctors and arrange interviews that fit their schedules.

  • Contact doctors and clearly explain the research purpose and practical arrangements.
  • Use the project briefing to check whether their expertise matches the research.
  • Schedule and confirm interviews and keep accurate contact and planning records.

What you bring

  • You speak clear, fluent standard Dutch (ABN).
  • You are available at least 12 hours a week on at least 3 days, working at least 4 hours each working day between 08:00 and 17:00 Dutch time.
  • You have your own laptop and headset for professional work and calls.
  • You can work from home anywhere in the world, provided you are available during the agreed Dutch office hours.

    Complete the form, upload your CV and tell us which role interests you and when you are available.

  2. 02

    Meet us by video

    In a video call of about 20 minutes we discuss your experience, preferences and availability, and explore suitable work.

  3. 03

    An answer within 24 hours

    Within 24 hours after the call we tell you whether we have a suitable project. An offer includes the work and compensation. If no project matches at that time, we tell you that too.

  4. 04

    Project training

    Once you accept the offer, you receive training on the project, audience and working approach.

  5. 05

    Start with guidance

    You start with guidance and join a group chat with colleagues to ask questions, share experiences and help each other.
